国家优秀青年基金获得者(2019年),2002-2006年就读于山东师范大学生命科学学院,获学士学位;2006年进入中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所攻读硕博连读研究生,于2013年获博士学位,同年在遗传发育所参加工作,担任助理研究员、副研究员,于2020年1月晋升为青年研究员。2018年入选中科院青年创新促进会。2021年1月引进至华南农业大学农学院。
科研成果:
长期从事植物养分高效利用基础和应用基础研究,在水稻营养高效分子机制解析及作物设计育种等领域取得一系列原创性成果。克隆了控制水稻籼粳亚种间氮肥利用效率差异关键基因;建立了硝酸盐信号从细胞膜受体感知到细胞核应答响应的主信号通路;揭示了水稻适应不同地理生态区土壤氮环境的遗传基础;基于实验室研究成果培育出设计型水稻新品种,为“绿色超级稻”(少施化肥、少打农药、提高产量)的培育及其它作物的育种改良提供了成功范例。目前在Nature, Nature Genetics, Nature Biotechnology, Nature Plants, Plant Cell, Molecular Plant 等刊物发表论文20余篇,多篇论文选ESI高被引论文,并于2021年入选科睿唯安全球高被引科学家。
